No evidence that Bitdefender is running
I installed Bitdefender Free today on a Windows 7 x64 machine. Although an 'installation was successful' type message was displayed, there was no evidence at all that Bitdefender was running. Even after a reboot nothing appeared in the System Tray, there was no desktop icon or Start Menu entry created. The Bitdefender Agent files were present but Windows Action Center did not see Bitdefender either.
What is going on?
...Not a lot on the face of it.

Does it show up in task manager as a running process? Don't forget to check it to show all processes.
