"Starting System Scan Failled"
Bitdefender doesn't seem to be working. I'm using Windows 10, and when I turn on my computer I get a message Bitdefender isn't running. I click the icon in the tray. It says "Your Device is protected." But when I try to run a scan it says Starting System Scan failed.

Please let me know what build of Windows are you running on that machine.
Also ensure that you remove all other security solutions from the machine, to avoid conflicts.

I reinstalled it and It was finally about to scan again, but there's 1 "unresolved threat" that I can seem to get rid off even after i deleted the fine as the program said was necessary.0
