I wrote my purchasing issue in support page of Bitdefender.


 



I bought your Bitdefender Total Security 2017.


 


and i I accidentally bought another product.
This product is Bitdefender Install & SetUp MultiPlatform (1 intervention).
I dont wanna bought this. Please Refund this purchasing..


And I recived your E-mail that written open ticket's No, Open ticket No is 2017020819050001.


what is open ticket? I dont' know what i have to do and what i can to do?


After receiving an email, is it just a matter of waiting?


i send a mail two days ago. but I did not receive anything.


I hope this issue will be resolved soon.
