The procedure entry point could not be located

Hi,

I updated today Bitdefender from 2015 to 2017 and after it, whenever I try to open a program, or even my Live Mail, I get this message "The procedure entry point ... could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-[1-1-0.dll"

I was tried to install Visual C ++ Redistristributable but again I get the same message.

Please advise what should I do to fix this issue. In the worst scenario I can go back to Bitdefender 2015. Anyway, very disappointed.

Please let me know what windows version are you running on that machine.

I am assuming Windows 7, if yes, you need to update your system with the latest patches.
