BTS 2017 reckons i have apparently used all my licences. AGAIN!

Last time this happened i posted my Ticket number and someone who monitors the forums fixed it for me.


Have just installed on a 5th PC and have a 5 licence key and it says i need to buy a new licence when it's only installed on 4 devices.


If i leave it to regular support the ticket as per last time get's updated or looked at in several weeks. If i post my Ticket number here will it be looked at kinda soon?

    The subscription has been refreshed again.


    When uninstalling the product please either remove it from Control Panel under a Administrator account or use our removal tool with Administrator privileges.
