What happened?

The owner of this website (www.bitdefender.com) has banned your IP address

i was about to reset my EMail password but then it's say i cannot reset the password because it's the email i registered it's not Found but i clearly login using that account lunaradeon@gmail.com

That is the Spam protection, you most likely tried accessing the website several times at a rather fast pace.

The ban is for 30 minutes and will be removed automatically when it expires.
