No extension of my subscription after paying


On March 5, 2017 I submitted payment for an additional year of BitDefender Family Pack.  This was an early renewal.  I can provide both screen captures of the receipt as well as an email from BitDefender confirming my payment.  I sent a support message last week and have heard nothing so far.  When will my account be credited for the extra year I paid for?

  • I haven't heard back from BitDefender for over 2 weeks now.  That's why I posted in the forum.  Usually BitDefender gets back to me very promptly.  I don't know why they haven't gotten back to me.

    I sent a message to BitDefender thru the BitDefender > Support page > Contact Support option.  I sent another yesterday and still have not heard back from anyone so I don't have a ticket number to give to you.  I don't know why BitDefender won't reply to my Contact Support submissions.


    Would you be so kind as to tell me how to contact BitDefender via email?
