    From what I can see here, our support team asked for more details.


    Since they did not receive a answer from you the ticket was closed automatically.


    Have you not received the email from our team ? If yes, please check your Spam folder.

    Thanks for quick reply. Yes, I know, but I don´t know, how I can reaches the support team. Reply result in an error, (Serverfehler: "554 5.7.1 <ebay@meineprodukte.de>: Sender address rejected: Access denied ) and I don´t find the ticket online. What can I do?

    The easiest way to respond to support tickets is to select the email from support and use the reply function on your email, it will keep the same thread and allow for the email to be received.
