How Do I Delete This Generic.malware?

I did a scan with BitDefender Total Security 2008 and I got 2 infections. I could delte one of them, but the other one said no action is possiible. The name of this infection starts with Generic.Malware.
Please Help me... my internet and computer are slowing down.
