Hi,


I had problems with the Xbox app on Windows 10, I couldn't connect online and my NAT seemed to be disabled.

I tried to fix my Teredo Tunneling adapters and enable IPv6 but it wasn't working.


Then I found the root cause of this. The Bitdefender Game Profile is disabling an important service called IP Helper.

This is what allows networking in Xbox app to work.


Please update the Game Profile to leave IP Helper service enabled because disabling it actually prevents you from gaming instead of making it better as intended!
