Stay up to date with changelogs?

Sure would be nice if changelogs were posted reliably -- in part so we can be sure that yet another demand to restart our computers is legitimate, and in part so we know what's changed. For example, did the update that required a restart a couple of days ago (21.0.25.84) fix the problems with Firefox (error messages claiming that just about every website is "unsafe") that several of us complained about in the PROTECTION section of the forum?
