My Bitdefender Free Edition 2009 Has Expired


I have the same problem as this guy:

I need a free license key to go with my Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition (my Anti-virus shield is still disabled). Can you send me one?

    I'm clueless and I don't know how to proceed. I don't know if my license is supposed to be renewed or if I have to get a new one. All I know is that I need the free license key that goes with the Bitfender Antivirus Free Edition. The guy in the link here got a new one over PM by one of the Bitfender Forum admin and the problem was solved in ten minutes or less (while I've been waiting for like 18 hours and I still nothing):

    My anti-virus shield is still disabled so my computer is not protected, which means I can't really go online 'cause I might get viruses, and it's fristrating for me because I have some stuff to do online. I don't know how these things work 'cause computer stuff like installing stuff and antivirus license is not my cup of tea and last time, it was someone else who took care of the whole anti-virus and license thing for me. I received the email to activate/confirm my account, but I still need the free license to go with the free antivirus or the antivirus will not activate/work and my antivirus shield will remain disabled which means my computer is not protected which means I can't do stuff online. I need an antivirus big time, and right now I can't afford it and that's why I downloaded the Free edition, but without the free license that goes with it, the antivirus will not protect my computer. Can't people just keep it simple for me? Can't an admin just send me the license key I need in order to keep my PC protected over PM like they did for that guy? I sent a request for that free key/license via an open ticket on the support center and on here via the forum and I still haven't received an answer by an employee or admin working at Bitfender. I honestly don't know what to do at this point.

    What does that mean reinstall? I already installed Bitdefender, I just need the free license that comes with the free antivirus because the license has expired. I don't understand what he means by reinstall. And also, I've heard that you have to delete the Bitdefender you already have installed in your computer if you want to redownload/reinstall it, and I already did that yesterday, 'cause you can't have two antivirus or it won't work. But It would much simpler and less complicated for me if an admin just sent me the key via PM.
