Cancelled Bitdefender installation - now it's acting like Malware!

I cancelled installation of Bitdefender when it insisted on my uninstalling my Malwarebytes Premium. Now the "bitdefender agent" process keeps re-starting itself and opening a pop-up window asking me to create an account. This is more like malware than anti-virus software. I didn't even install it but despite my ending the process it keeps re-starting. Can anyone tell me how to 'clean' my system please.

Hi  Please download the bitdefender uninstaller tool. There's a big possibility that there is a traces of bitdefender on the system itself.
