Bitdefender Services Are Not Responding? (help Me!)

I had had removed ZoneAlarm products to try the BitDefender Total Security 2009, after all installing steps, I have clicked the icon on desktop and it showed me an error. However, I still can scan for virus or spyware.

  • I've run the file vsserv.exe invidually in the BitDefender directory but the taskmanager show me that vsserv.exe ending itself. What is happening? :blink:

  • I find this problem after reboot too


    because in 9 step setting I have click (X) to out this step


    then I click icon on desktop it show me like your picture


    so, I use UninstallTool I down load from here http://www.bitdefenderthailand.com/tools.php


    After that I Install again and follow step complete


    I don't find this problem again


    I advice you select Update now only in installing step and do not click icon on desktop before installing complete and restart

    When I open vsserv.exe in BitDefender directory, everything was fine again. :mellow:-_-


    @ BitDefender Supporters: Plz find out what happened, I don't want to run vsserv.exe everytime I use BitDefender! :huh:
