Update Behavior
One of my systems (Win 10 Pro 64) has been stuck in the following condition for over 20 minutes. Automatic Update is set "On" at the shortest interval (1 hour). I've mentioned this several times including to Support Staff.....If BD TS 2018 knows enough to trigger the yellow "!" saying your definitions have not been updated in 24 hours it should know enough to automatically initiate an update at the earliest possible opportunity.
In other words the software is saying "Hey your BDTS needs an update but I'm not going to do it for you for at least an hour".
Does that make any sense to anybody ?
On my Win 7 64 system BDTS will automatically update in a fairly reasonable time. I just checked the other system and it still has not updated......still stuck on......

I was unable tot locate a ticket mentioning this issue in our ticketing system (used your forum email).
If you opened a ticket using a different address please provide me with the ticket number.
Also thank you for the attachment report, you should be able to attach pictures now.0 -
I give up. I've got more support tickets from Bitdefender than all the other software I run combined. I reported the issue here. Fix it or ignore it. I no longer care.0
