Strange temporary .exe file that BD let connect to internet

Options

I have Windows 10 and BD Total security 2018. Yesterday, After installed Bidefender, In the notification list I saw that Bitdefender gave internet access to file "E:\temp\rarsfx1\installer.exe". I thought it was bitdefender installer. Today, I've senn that Bitdefender gave internet access to the same file. I clicked on "Deny" but the rule doesn't appear among the other in firewall panel. I tried to catch the file, but in the temp folder, even if I can see hidden files, there isn't the file anymore.

I've searched online and I don't know what to think. So my question is: is it a file used by bitdefender or other programs maybe to update? Or is it a malware?
