ANOTHER problem with BDTS 2018. This morning the BD Agent Dashboard will not open on this system. Not from the Widget or from the .exe itself. No, I'm not opening a support ticket. I've got better things to do than make support tickets to BD every day. I used to be a huge fan of BD but recently TS2018 has become absolute rubbish. Almost every day I'm having some issue on one of my systems. So if the program itself is so sloppy how do we know that the Protection it's supposed to provide isn't equally sloppy. ? I am rapidly losing confidence in your product. Feel free to pass this along to the people who write the code or someone who can do something more than type "open a ticket". That is if I get a response here without having to complain on your FaceBook page. Get your act together Bitdefender !!
