Bitdefender Has Poor Customer Support

I paid my 29.95 for bitdefender. They credited my visa, but they did not provide me with a license key.


I have been playing mr. tap-dance around the totem pole for 3 hours, bitdefender says it is digital river's fault, digital river says it didn't get billed, visa tells me I have been charged.


IS THERE NOBODY that accepts any accountability any more for customer disatisfaction?


Bill Gates said "your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning" - BitDefender could get a university degree on my disatisfaction.
