Total Security 2008 Uninstall Help

I attempted to uninstall it, but it couldn't shut down the processes, so I told it to give up and cancel. Then it froze my computer, so I restarted.

Now when I run repair or remove, it says "this action is only valid for products that are currently installed", and it is installed because it comes up whenever windows starts to tell me my trial has expired. I also can't kill the processes through the task manager. I'm using Vista Ultimate 32bit.

How do I fix this?
