Have removed BD, then installed the latest Free AV version on my niece's laptop.
She cannot remember her password but, when we try the "Forgot Password" route, no email comes in (I have checked the Spam box, not there either).
However, if I try to create a new account with her email address it shows "Email Address already exists".... so I know I am using the correct a/c.
Could not find a similar problem on this Forum (using the search "Cannot Login")
