Creating firewall rules with Multihop VPN

I use Perfect Privacy VPN. I use 4 cascades always. I am using BTS2018. I wanted to create firewall rules for firefox to allow it only when last connection is working i.e. 4th cascade and block every time when last hop is not there. How to do that. I also wanted to know if Scan SSL block VPN functions?
