disabled bitdefender shield but still quarantined my apps
this is totally a piece of crap security software
BD kept forcing close my app even after I've put it in exclusion list, the popup says from 'antivirus feature'
even after I chose to disable the BD shield temporarily and also the ATD, it kept doing the scan (not even a windows warning that antivirus protection is turned off like other AV product when i chose to disable them temporarily)
this is a serious problem that this software doesn't obey the exclusion rule
also I noticed that I get massive CPU spike (100%) a few times whenever my torrent app is running in the background (BD also sometimes made it crash after a while w/o notification)
how to request refund as my purchase is not even 30days yet?
