Will Bitdefender Protect Me from Malicious Virtual Machine Operating Systems?

So i am trying to install a lite version of windows 7 using VMware. The main/host computer uses BD and i only found this source ISO to use it in a Virtual Machine. If Tiny7 ISO were malware or spyware will BD protect me?

Maybe you misunderstood me. Will it protect the host computer from a spyware OS installed in a Virtual Machine?

Yes, most of the system (VM) is isolated from the host.
