Protection shield blocking URL
I use MyTuner to listen to music but bitdefender blocks some of the links in the site from playing. This is one for example https://mytuner-radio.com/player/woda-la-nueva-94-fm/42902 and https://mytuner-radio.com/player/wznt-la-zeta-93-fm/402905/. If I quickly disable and enable protection the stream will play and continue to do so until I close the web page, I then would need to disable/enable protection again for the stream to work.

Developers do not want to pay attention to our problems, perhaps the only solution, will install another vendor's antivirus.

If anyone is still having this issue with Bitdefender Free, version 1.0.11.15 , please send us an email at bitsy@bitdefender.com and mention the URLs that are affected as well, and if there are any steps to take to reproduce the issue (in case only a specific function on that website does not work, etc. ) . A screenshot with the error message (if there is one) would help as well.
To check the build number, please follow these steps:
- Open Bitdefender Antivirus Free
- Press the menu button from the upper right corner
- Choose Protection
- The version number will be displayed under Product Information

I was able to ad some exceptions to work around my issue. For example I added 54.226.59.226, 54.80.214.162 and now I can hear my streams. Will be sending this info to the email as you asked.0 -
