Quick Scan Stuck at 1% (Total Security 2019) - Recent Change?

When I run a vulnerability scan with Total Security 2019 it stays stuck at 1%. This just started within the past few days.


I did a full uninstall/reinstall and the same thing occurs. Anybody else having an issue?
