10%+ Performance loss with Bitdefender

Hello, as the title says there seems to be about 10%+ Performance loss with Bitdefender, I ran some tests with Geekbench and you can clearly see the difference:
Without Bitdefender

Are you aware of this? I personally find it unacceptable to waste so much power by keeping an antivirus product when Windows Defender does the job just right with 0 impact on performance, will you do anything about this?
