Bitdefender TS Services are not responding

Hi All


Have now update from Bitdefender TS 2018 to 2019 with Windows 10 Pro, After installing the new version an update was done and was asked to reboot


Now  after rebooting the Bitdefender icon says that Bitdefender Services are not responding and says to reboot


I have rebooted several times with same error always appearing


Any ideas


Please advise

    Please try a reinstall from Control Panel > Programs and Features,  just to ensure that the new version was installed correctly.

    Yep, have this same issue. DB 2019 takes a lot longer to initialize it's services on boot than 2018. When I boot to the desktop the BD icon stays grey for a good 15 + seconds ( Bitdefender Services are not responding and says to reboot) and then eventually turns red. I did a clean installation, same issue. Windows 7 Pro, Intel i5, 16gigs of ram, SSD. No reason this app should taking over 15 seconds to start it's shields.
