Manually configure alerts in BitDefender 2019

I disabled the "Encrypted web scan" and now I have the icon that corresponds "Your device is at risk". I could not find the "Configure Status Alerts" anywhere in the new version. Please restore the full control of status alerts for advanced users, thank you.
