TuneIn Live Stream Error After 2019 Upgrade

After upgrading to Total Security 2019, TuneIn live streams no longer work.  Example:

https://tunein.com/radio/TCU-Sports-Network-from-IMG-s230332/

https://tunein.com/radio/Oklahoma-State-Cowboy-Sports-Network-s231161/

They spin for a moment, then return "An error has occurred, please try again."

This is only an issue with the live streams.  Recorded programs work fine.  Example:

https://tunein.com/podcasts/Oklahoma-St-Cowboys-Football/Oklahoma-State-Cowboy-Insider-p912599/

I have added tunein.com to Protection/Online Threat Protection/Exceptions by entering the URL and clicking Add then Save.  This made no difference, even after restarting the browser.

I have tried disabling all options under Online Threat Prevention, Ransomware Remediation, Safe Files, Advanced Threat Defense, Antispam, Firewall, and Vulnerability.  This made no difference, even after restarting the browser.

The only way the live streams would work was when I uninstalled Bitdefender Total Security 2019, and then they started right up.  After re-installing, they no longer functioned.
