Ordered on Amazon, do not see Activation code

My box has a code beginning with X001 but that didn't work ... I tried the Amazon order #.  Is there another way to get the activation code?  This is for Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2017.

    Same question as Mike asked 3 years ago. No activation code received from Amazon, so can't register the Bitdefender product
