Clicking "FIX" does nothing, before/after rebooting, system check (DISM + sfc) done and was fine.

When you reinstall Bitdefender, a brand new kit is downloaded through Bitdefender Central, and this can serve to correct many issues. This is why I've recommended it as a solution in this case. Thank you!
