BD 2018, System Scan 4% in two hours
4% in two hours. Is it really this slow? My PC is one year old with Windows 10, I7, and a partial solid-state drive. Should I go back to Avast? Since there is no pause or cancel button should I just kill the process?

Well, just after I posted this the percent counter jumped from 4% to 98%. That's certainly acceptable although I question the value of the percent counter.0 -

The percent counter is indeed not entirely an accurate reflection of the time left on the scan, though this is the most extreme case I've seen yet.
If it does the same every time, please let me know.0
