dynupdate.noip.com blocked despite firewall settings

My dynupdate.noip.com is blocked despite the relevant programs being set as safe in the firewall rules. This is an essential service for me which gives me a static Ip for my CCTV system.

In the notification are I receive notifications saying

Privacy threat blocked

I have also added the two relevant programs to the "advance threat detection" exceptions.

I have raised a ticket but unfortunately customer Services don't seem to receive my emails and I have not had any help.

I also added an exception to the 'Online Threat Detection" URL, but it seems to have no effect after rebooting the system.

Turning off and on the module, seems to have stopped the alerts, but it does take 5 minutes to establish if it has indeed worked, due to the periodic "in the clear" non-SSL connection

Hi,

The detections are caused by the feature Network Threat Prevention, under Online Threat Prevention. Unfortunately, the detections persist with the URL excepted, though you could turn the module off.

The issue has already been reported to our development team.
