Getting emails from Bitdefender in Romanian

For some reason  I keep receiving letters in Romanian from bitdefender. I don't even speak Romanian, what is going on? Should I be concerned or is this a bug in a system? On Nov 10  I received what seems to be the last letter in English

    You're probably not on the correct mailing list region-wise. There should be an unsubscribe link in each e-mail, or if you still wish to receive emails with offers, you can reach our support team at bitsy@bitdefender.com so that they can help you receive these offers based on your current region.
