I am a newbie to Bitdefender. I am trying really hard to convert from Norton Security to Bitdefender, but lack of support may drive me back to Norton.
1. Need Web-Pages/wallet to be able to sort by Title. Sorting by URL makes finding a site too hard. I had to add a lot of sites to bookmarks just to find them.
2. Under "Support/Contact Support". I have never received an answer of any of my questions. Is there some place I need to look?
3. A few sites do not fill-in my ID/password (Norton PW Manager does). I sent in a notice and again no response.
