Hello
Receiving the following error message today at start-up using windows 7 and the latest version of Bitdefender.
"Failed to connect to a window service notification service."
I have tried a few of the different "fixes" found on-line but have not been able to resolve the issue.
Is it possible that Bitdefender could be blocking something at start-up and if so what is the best way to shut down Bitdefender to do a restart so I could eliminate Bitdefender as the issue?
