New bug found.

On Windows 10 latest version, if you use ccleaner, settings get deleted inside BD 2019 Total Security. Threat Defense. Advanced options. All is set to NULL after using PC-Cleaning tools.

PS i wanted to mention, that you are good guys, reading posts in here. The Zotac Software i use is now "legal" set as default. I wanted to mention that. I will buy next time again Bitdefender Antivir products.

Used ccleaner, Wise cleaner just for your information. ;=) But its a leak right? Since when cleaning software can invade antivirus settings? So it needs to get investigated. Then something inside BD can get hacked. And this is what we do not want. Amazing how i find out any detail LOL. If i was the boss, why you do not send updates every hour? Sometimes you send an update every 20 mins, then 2 hours not. Wouldnt it be good, sending updates per hour? I mean, more logical? Well i am not the boss of your company, but logic tells me things......

I have used CCleaner and Bitdefender for years. I do weekly CCleaner runs and weekly Bitdefender scans. I have never encountered a situation where CCleaner altered any BD settings.

As for the Wise cleaner, I stopped using that product years ago when it damaged my registry. Personally, I do not recommend using that program, or any registry cleaners, not even the registry cleaner in CCleaner. See this link for more information.
