Previous versions (<= 2018) had their release notes posted on the forums but since the 2019 version they consider those useless.
Latest version is 23.0.16.72 since a few months now.

Sincerily i don´t think those release notes are useless because we could know which are the real improvements, and there would be more transparency, but if we talk about security purposes i understand they don´t want to reveal those .

For now they just add regressions every time a version is out.
