Virtool.675 In "uwin Installer" -> Is It A Virus?

Final Status - Delete Failed (file was in an archive)

Above is the virus detected by BitDefender 2008 when "Deep System Scan" was run. BitDefender was unable to remove or disinfect the "UWin Installer"(where this virus was found). I would like to know whether it is really a virus and how it can be removed without deleting "UWin Installer".

The signature you have mentioned is related to a tool used to disable the Microsoft's WPA.

If you would like to use it, you may disable the BitDefender's Real Time Protection feature and reenable it afterward.
