After system scan there is no option for shutdown computer automatically.

You'll need to set up a scheduled task or custom scan to do that:
- open Bitdefender and click on Protection form the side-menu
- click on Manage Scans under the Antivirus column
- new custom task -> set up the targeted scan areas -> set up the schedule for the scan ( if any) -> under the Advanced tab make sure this box is ticked:
