Bit free version update by itself?

Hello Bitdefender!

I hope all is good. 

Between few weeks I will go back to Antivirus Plus, in the maintime I'm using Free version of Your product. 

Just a clarification please:

at today version is 1.0.15.101. This software update the release automatically?

Antivirus Free is checking automatically for updates 10 minutes after boot and each hour afterwards.

This is not exactly right, when i shutdown my computer in the evening around 23 H 00. and next day i start my computer around 17 h.15

i have to wait 1 Hour until first update comes in, so thats not 10 minutes after boot.

Hello,

Please let us know if you shut down completely your PC or if your PC enters to Hybernate/Sleep. Also, please let us know if you have Fast Start-up enabled and what version of Windows do you use.

Strange the day after i told about this , my computer BD updated  after 10-15 minutes

I always shut down completly, i think fast start-up is enabled i have never changed this setting

Intel® i3-4150 Dual-Core @3,5 GHZ. Ram: 16 GB. HD 1 TB || Windows 10 Home X64 1809

Thank you for the update. One reason for which Bitdefender updated after one is because Fast Start-up is enabled.
