Why Do Not Delete Viruses

I have a copy of the BitDefender Antivirus 2008

However, the program identifies some virus does not delete it and viruses as follows:

Adware.SpyClean.A

Trojan.Generc.193752

Trojan.Generc.70781

Trojan.Packed.8480

w32.Worm.Mabezat.j

Worm.Generic.9491

Hello abd alsalam,

BitDefender or any other antivirus can't remove infections inside an archive or installer that might be a possible explanation. You need to completely delete the installer or archive. But wait before doing that. The trojan.generic detections might be a false positiv. But I need to see your logfile first.

But you didn't said where BitDefender found it. Please do this right click on the red BitDefender icon near the system tray press on show click on history go to the antivirus section double click on scan finished open logfile save the logfile. Now create a reply and add the save logfile as an attachment to do that once you are in the create a reply screen scroll down until you see the attachments screen press on browse now navigate on your computer to the location were you stored the logfile press on open and on upload wait till the forum upload is completed.

Can you please download combofix you will find it here. Print the following instructions and read them carefully.
