Please bring back the repair Bitdefender option on re installation of Bitdefender products! You people were silly to remove this in the first place.

The option is still there but you need to hit uninstall first for it to show up on the next screen:
BitDefender Free (version not displayed) does NOT provide the option to repair/reinstall potentially corrupted installations. Instead, it shunts you to a webpage that asks why you are uninstalling and what you thot of the product. Uninstalling destroys your account. So you have to create a new account and then re-install. Also, you cannot re-install BD Free if you make the mistake of uninstalling (a potentially corrupted) ProductAgentService. In my case, the re-installed product "failed to activate protection". At this point, the "rinse and repeat" process has begun to feel abusive.
