Computers fail/hang on boot after the Microsoft Windows April 9, 2019 update
After the most recent Windows update to 1903, I've started experience "never-ending" issues while booting up my computer.
After checking on the Internet about that issue, I've found the following web-site talking about a similar issue.
https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/133945
" Microsoft has released updates on April 9, 2019 that are impacting some security AV vendors, causing some customers using Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 2008, Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012 and Windows 2012 R2 to occasionally experience system fails or hangs during boot up after application of the update."
I don't have Sophos - I have Bitdefender.
Also, I have Windows 10 PRO and Home versions.
I don't have any boot-up issues on Windows 10 PRO but I have had a few boot-up issues on Windows 10 HOME. I needed to use a restore point to get rid of that issue.
My question.
Has anybody else experienced something similar?
Could it be some Bitdefender exception that causes that issue?

I don't have any issue with Bitdefender and the latest Windows update 19030 -
I have Windows 10 PRO and Windows 10 HOME computers.
No issues with Windows 10 PRO, only some booting issues on Win10 HOME, after updating it to 1903.0
