Failing Shieldsup!

Hi all :-)

I've just reformatted my PC & so have reinstalled BD v10. I've ran Shieldsup & it's now failing on the Ping Reply test. This wasn't the case with my previous installation so I'm not sure what's happening. I have set my firewall to block all ICMP traffic and it is in stealth mode. Any suggestions on what I can do to remedy this would be most appreciated.

Is there any router?

If you have a router between you and the rest of the world, check your router firewall.

Check also if the Windows firewall si alive and kicking , kill it manually if so.

You can also use a more advanced freeware 3d party firewall along with the BD 10, the BD firewall can be turned off or not installed.Or you can choose to install BD 2008 or BD 2009 suites that have a better firewall than BD 10.
