Product Already Installed

I got infection notifications but couldn't scan using Bitdefender Free Edition. I downloaded the 2020 version which attempted to remove the existing installation but hung. After a reboot I found Bitdefender had been removed, but 2020 would still not install, saying "Product Already Installed - You are protected". Clearly there's still something in the registry. What do I need to do?

Windows 10 - 64bit, MEDION P7647 laptop.

Oh, I also tried the 2018 uninstall tool which told me the uninstall was successful!

Use the uninstall tool below and after that try again to install Bitdefender: http://www.bitdefender.com/files/KnowledgeBase/file/BD_Free_Uninstall_Tool.exe

If you still cannot install after running this uninstall tool, please send us a Support Tool log at bitsy@bitdefender.com.

Thanks for that, Roxana. Did good. Back up and running. Funny that the previous uninstall tool didn't work.
