No audio in Bitdefender Safepay

I can't imagine this is a security feature.

I have installed Flash Player.

Could anyone advise?

Opened? Yes. Make use of non-banking related plugins,players,streams,etc.? Not so much.

Safepay is designed as a restrictive environment where data privacy goes above all else.
