Bitdefender Security Service eating all CPU
The Bitdefender Security Service push the CPU to 100% all the time, my system runs Windows 10 1903 all up-to-date. I've already tried to re-install but that won't fix the problem

Usually for these situations the first thing to check would be if you have any other security solutions installed on your computer. If no other antivirus is present on your machine, please provide us with the following information:
• Does the High Usage occur at all times?
• In case the CPU usage is normal after booting the device and after a while it goes to 100%, when that happens please check if Bitdefender Antivirus Free is updating. It will appear within the product's interface.
• Is the process using 100% CPU as soon as the computer boots? Does the usage increase when you're running a specific task or application?
• Please check in Task Manager > Details, and let me know if the testinitsigs.exe process is running.
• Which of the Bitdefender processes is peaking?
It would also be useful to provide us with your computer's specifications along with a screenshot of the processes while Bitdefender is using 100% CPU.
