Downloading Bitdefender Antivirusplus V10 (for The Second Time)

Hi everyone,

I am strugglingto download my bit defender antivirus v10 can any one help?

I had installed it on my laptop which was working fine until I had problems with my laptop and had to restore factory settings, therefore loosing my bit defender. I assume I will be able to install this again but when I try to (via the my product tab in my account) it just takes me to a screen where I have to purchase it again.

I'm obviously doing something wrong, can anyone help?
