Activation key?

Hi,

Yesterday I purchased Bitdefender vpn. We are more then 24 hours later and I stil haven't received an activation key. I mailed yesterday and the only reponce was that it was verry bussy and I would be informed as soon as possible. I think its a strange way of selling a key and then needing so much time to provide a key.

Anyone here who can provide me with info on how to go on from here?

Only respons Bitdefender sent me was that they will contact me as soon as possible.

Still waiting more then 48 hours. I wonder what the term "As soon as possible"means.
